Susan Geiger, KaiserDillon’s Chief Operating Officer, has substantial experience managing law firms and professional organizations.

Prior to joining KaiserDillon, Susan managed several midsize law firms in the Washington, D.C. area. She  created and managed efficient processes aimed at supporting all partnership, practice development and administrative goals.

Additionally, Susan has worked for the Government Relations department of a specialty medical association and managed a large law firm in Great Britain.

She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (including its Capital Chapter) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
