Sarah Fink to Speak on Campus Policies at Title IX Summit
KaiserDillon Counsel, Sarah Fink, will speak on “The Top 10 Most Alarming Policies/Practices We’ve Seen at Universities” at the 4th Annual Title IX ExecuSummit, held July 23-24 in Connecticut. Drawing on Sarah’s work with campuses across the country, the panel will highlight some of the worst policies seen on college campuses and some of the best practices that can be implemented to protect student rights. The panel will also feature a campus Title IX Investigator and an insurance professional in the field.
Other panel topics of the Summit include “Keeping Students at the Center of Your Title IX Program” and “Should an Accused Student Conduct His/Her Own Investigation?” The two-day event will offer case studies, industry outlooks, and presenters across the Title IX field of practice.
Sarah notes, “This is the fourth year KaiserDillon is participating in the Title IX ExecuSummit. I’m looking forward to contributing to ExecuSummit this year by drawing on the firm’s substantial experience and sharing ways schools can work to protect the rights of all students.”
