Partner Bill Pittard teaches CLE on Representing Clients in Congressional Investigation
On September 9th, partner Bill Pittard showcased his congressional expertise as an instructor for the DC Bar. In the program, Representing Clients in Congressional Investigations, participants were able to gain insider knowledge from Mr. Pittard on how best to navigate the glare of congressional scrutiny. The class, which focused on how Congress conducts its investigations, highlighted the scope of congressional subpoena power and related enforcement procedures. Referencing his experience with congressional inquiries, Mr. Pittard was able to offer key insight on representing clients of all stripes.
