Matthew Kaiser to Present “Hot Topics in Ethics” CLE October 28
There will be a free lunchtime Ethics CLE taught by Matthew Kaiser Monday, October 28th from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. The course has been approved for 2.0 hours of Virginia Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit.

The event will take place at KaiserDillon’s office space at 1099 14th Street, NW. 8th Floor West, Washington, DC 20005.
The program will review issues presented in a number of ethics opinions issued in the past year on topics from a lawyers’ duty to protect client data from hacking, to when a lawyer can share information from a former representation without the client’s consent, to when a lawyer has to tell a client that he or she made a mistake.
