Matthew Kaiser and Jennifer Short are going to be presenting “Ethics of Corporate Investigations: Guidance for In-House Counsel” in Tysons Corner, Virginia on Oct. 21 from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. This CLE has been approved for 2.0 hours of Virginia Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit in Ethics. This program is designed to help in-house and outside counsel navigate the issues of professional responsibility that can arise when a company is conducting an internal investigation. Jennifer and Matt debuted this program Oct. 8 to a thoughtful and lively group of lawyers. The event took place at the Mason Enterprise Center in Fairfax, Virginia.
