Matt Kaiser Teaches CLE on Ethics of Practicing Law in the Post-Covid World
On Thursday September 30th, KaiserDillon Partner Matt Kaiser gave a presentation on Practicing Law in the Federal Workplace to the Federal Communications Bar Association. In his CLE, Mr. Kaiser highlighted era number of ethical issues presented by the sudden shift to remote work caused by the pandemic, including the use of technology in remote work, maintaining client confidentiality when working at home, and how to avoid the unauthorized practice of law when working remotely in a jurisdiction where a lawyer is not licensed to practice.
Matt is a frequent speaker at legal ethics CLES, where he teaches lawyers and others about legal ethics. Matt advises lawyers, law firms, and nonprofit organizations on compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
