Matt Kaiser and Sarah Fink File a Voting Rights Lawsuit in Georgia
On Tuesday, November 27th, KaiserDillon attorneys Matt Kaiser and Sarah Fink, along with other lawyers, filed a federal voting rights suit in the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of Fair Fight Action, an organization formed by former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams. The lawsuit seeks changes to Georgia elections to protect the right to vote of millions of Georgians from decades-old infrastructure neglect, policies that have a disparate impact on voters of color, and violations of federal and Georgia elections law.
