Matt Kaiser Joins The Garrulous Gavel Podcast
On August 12, Partner Matt Kaiser joined Jonathan Tycko on The Garrulous Gavel Podcast. The two met to discuss a range of topics including the unique legal work of KaiserDillon PLLC, free speech as it correlates to conspiracies against the government, and the lasting political and philosophical implications of the January 6 Capitol Riot.
Mr. Kaiser discusses his representation of Congressman Eric Swalwell, who is currently in a lawsuit against Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Rudy Guliani, and Congressman Mo Brooks, in which Rep. Swalwell argues that those defendants should be held legally responsible for the January 6 riot.
