Bill Pittard Serves as Panelist on Public Integrity for the Federal Bar Association
On May 16, partner Bill Pittard provided his insights as a panelist for the Federal Bar Association. The panel on Public Integrity offered participants a deeper examination of the subject, including a look through Mr. Pittard’s legal lens.
Mr. Pittard particularly spoke about the Constitution’s Speech or Debate Clause, the protections it provides to Members of Congress and their staff, and the ways those protections intersect with Department of Justice investigations.
