Bill Pittard Serves as Panelist on Congressional Investigations for the Federal Bar Association
On September 6, partner Bill Pittard offered his expertise to those at the Federal Bar Association conference in Tampa, Florida, where he sat on a panel to discuss the idiosyncrasies of congressional investigations. The panel, When Congress Investigates: Breaking Down the Nuts and Bolts of Congressional Investigations, delved into the importance of adequate legal representation when being faced with a congressional investigation.
In referencing his many years of experience with government investigations, and congressional investigations in particular, Mr. Pittard highlighted best practices for counsel in such investigations.
