Bill Pittard Serves as Panelist at DRI Business Litigation Super Conference
On May 14, partner Bill Pittard offered his insights on government investigations as a panelist for Investigations of the Executive Branch—How and When Outside Counsel Becomes Involved in the Investigation and the Response.
The panel, hosted by the DRI Business Litigation Super Conference, gave extensive advice to participants regarding the role of government and private counsel within investigations of the Executive Branch. Mr. Pittard focused on congressional and inspector general investigations.
