Adam Zurbriggen is an associate at KaiserDillon PLLC. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center.
While in law school, Adam served as a Student Attorney in Georgetown’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he represented an inmate who alleged excessive force by prison guards. Adam co-authored the brief, and presented oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, which adopted every position pressed by Adam’s client on appeal. (Mann v. Failey, 578 F. App’x 267 (4th Cir. 2014)). For his work in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, Adam received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers’ Student Advocacy Award, which is awarded to the best student in the Clinic.
While in law school, Adam interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where he provided support to Assistant United States Attorneys litigating complex civil fraud cases, including cases under the False Claims Act.
Born and raised in Florida, Adam earned his undergraduate degree in history and political science cum laude from the University of Florida. Prior to attending law school, he served as a legislative aide to a member of the Florida House of Representatives.
